PURPOSE: A quail extract, and a producing method thereof are provided to remove intestines from quail before boiling the bones of the quail or the bones and flesh of the quail with medical herbs to obtain the extract. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a quail extract comprises the following steps: removing feathers, the skin, and intestines from quail; washing the dressed quail for 2 hours using flowing water; heating the dressed quail for 2-3 times using 100 deg C water for 20 minutes for removing fat; secondly washing the quail without the fat with the flowing water; and inserting 60wt% of water, 30wt% of quail, and 10wt% of medical herbs into a herb extractor, and boiling the mixture for 4 hours at 100-150 deg C. The medical herbs include ginseng, polygonum multiflorum, and deer antlers. |
