PURPOSE: A chair leveling system is provided to comfortably support the body of a worker and to improve mental ability of the worker. CONSTITUTION: A chair leveling system comprises a seat plate supporting member(90) and a resilient element. One end of the seat plate supporting member is fixed to the lower part of the seat plate and the other end thereof is combined with a horizontal shaft. The resilient element comprises an expansion restraining connector(72) and a pressure controller(76). The expansion restraining connector prevents separation due to the deformation of a compressed spring. The pressure controller supports the lower part of the compressed spring and adjusts the elastic force of the compressed spring.
