The device (1) has a container (5) containing a cosmetic product (3) i.e. lipstick, and comprising an outlet chimney (9) for output of the cosmetic product. A cover (11) is mounted in a removable manner on the container in a closing position of the container. A heater (13) e.g. flexible sheet, is connected to the cover. A displacement mechanism (15) e.g. spring, for displacement of the heater engages the heater in the chimney and places the heater in contact with the cosmetic product when the cover is in closing position. The displacement mechanism connects the heater to the cover.
