PURPOSE: A clean steel manufacturing method is provided to create alumina in slag and prevent the reoxidization of the slag by putting a stabilizer into molten steel after heated. CONSTITUTION: A clean steel manufacturing method comprises the steps of: injecting aluminum and quicklime into molten steel(M) being tapped from a ladle(L) of an electric furnace to form slag(S), transferring the molten steel with the slag to second refining equipment and heating the molten steel, and injecting a stabilizer into the heated molten steel. Aluminum and quicklime are injected 2-2.5kg and 4-5kg per 1 ton of molten steel, respectively. The stabilizer comprises Al of 25-30 weight%, CaO of 50-60 weight%, T.Fe of 0-4 weight%, Al2O3 of 0-8 weight%, and SiO of 0-8 weight% or less. |
