<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently suppress the occurrence of foreign noises caused by friction of seat back frame and a seat back pad without increasing the number of components and weight. <P>SOLUTION: Right and left pad side parts 66, which are both side parts of the seat back pad 18 are arranged to entrain of the right and left side frames 26 of a seat back frame 14 from the front of the seat back. A seat back board 16 is attached to the right and left side frames 26 from the front of the seat back. A lower connection part 50 and an upper connection part 54 are interposed between the side frame 26 and the pad side parts 66 in a state after installation.
