PURPOSE: A water leakage control device for a tunnel is provided to prevent contamination resulting from water leakage and accidents caused by freezing. CONSTITUTION: A water leakage control device for a tunnel comprises a water leakage repair structure(110) which is installed in a water leak path caused by an aperture formed along a steel rib in a tunnel. The water leakage repair structure is formed of pipe members(120) which has a plurality of through holes(122) and connected with pipe-shaped connectors(130). A cap(150) is installed to seal one end of the water leakage repair structure. An injection device(160) is connected to the other end of the water leakage repair structure through a connector(170) and supplies a curable water leakage prevention material containing grouting milk to the water leakage repair structure.
