A flexible coupling comprises a first disc 1 having axially extending fingers 3 on the rear face and a second disc 2 having axially extending fingers 4 on the front face arranged in slots 9 between the fingers 3; the fingers having part cylindrical side surfaces between which resilient pressure elements 6 are disposed. The pressure elements are retained by a snap-ring 7 and may be joined by an integral split ring 6a. |
