<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article conveyance facility capable of conveying articles in a wall both-side space by freely opening and shutting an opening formed in the wall by a shutter and without generating dust and generating vibration caused by traveling as little as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A conveying space is partitioned into a first space Z1 and a second space Z2 with the wall W having the opening K1, a first moving body 2a traveling along a first traveling rail 1a in the first space and a second moving body 2b traveling along a second traveling rail 1b in the second space are provided, a relay 12 that can freely support the article 7 with the opening not interfering with the shutter 9 that can be freely opened and shut is disposed in the first space, the first traveling rail 1a is disposed so as to allow the article 7 to go through a first space side transfer position where articles can be freely delivered and received between the second moving body 2b and the relay 12, and the second travelling rail 1b is disposed so as to allow the article 7 to go through a second space side transfer position where the articles can be freely delivered and received in such a form that the articles pass through an opening between the second moving body 2b and the relay 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
