A communication method and device for a mobile terminal are carried out and disclosed in the invention, which relates to the technical field of communications. The mobile terminal is implemented as a phone terminal in an Internet Protocol-Private Branch eXchange (IP-PBX) network through the combination of IP-PBX and Femto, which generates no expense when the mobile terminal communicates with the other phone terminals in the IP-PBX network. The method of the invention includes: a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) module receives a registration request message sent by the mobile terminal and transmits the registration request message to the IP-PBX, which makes the mobile terminal be registered to the IP-PBX; the SIP module sets up a communication channel for the mobile terminal, and executes, in the communication channel, the communication services of the mobile terminal. The embodiments of the invention are mainly used for the communication process in which the mobile terminal is regarded as a phone terminal of the enterprise network. |
