PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a silicone implant having shells with improved durability is provided to maximize resistance against fatigue rupture by minimizing stress concentration. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a silicone implant having shells with improved durability is as follows. A jig(51) for fixing a mold body(10) is formed in the inner space of a drying device(50) and fixes the mold body. After the jig fixes the mold body, the jig is rotated and inclined at various angles to uniformly control the thickness of a silicone shell using the flowability of silicone.
