<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural product having an antiinflammatory effect, an antioxidant effect, or an anti-aging effect, and to provide a skin cosmetic and food and drink in which the natural product is blended. <P>SOLUTION: The antiinflammatory agent is an extract of a plant belonging to the Choerospondias group which is a deciduous tall tree belonging to Anacardiaceae such as Choerospondias axillaris (Roxb.) Burtt et Hill, which has a hyaluronidase inhibitory effect, a cyclic AMP phosphodiesterase inhibitory effect, and a histamine release inhibitory effect.
