<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To modify an execution context without requiring an output multiplexer for a choice between data execution contexts. <P>SOLUTION: A first clock phase includes shifting data from a first latch element 110 of a normal execution context 104 to a second latch element 112 of the normal execution context, and shifting shadow data from a third latch element 116 of a shadow execution text 106 to a fourth latch element 118 of the shadow execution context.
