PURPOSE: A producing method of fermented food containing rice bran, wheat bran, and embryo buds of rice is provided to use yogurt for fermenting with the ingredients to make the fermented food. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented food comprises the following steps; mixing rice bran, wheat bran, and embryo buds in a mixture ratio of 1:1:1(S100); adding 45~55wt% of milk to the mixture, and sterilizing and steaming the mixture in an oven at 70~90deg C for 15~30minutes(S200); spreading Korean paper inside the oven(S300); inserting 5~10wt% of yogurt to the mixture, and pouring on the paper inside the oven; applying warm air at 38~42deg C for fermenting(S400); drying the mixture for 24~36hours at 40~45deg C(S500); and crushing the dried mixture into powder or granules(S600).
