<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission type advertisement liquid crystal display device realizing a constitution in which the possibility of installation of the display device is no longer related with an arrangement space of an advertisement commodity, which has been to be placed beside or on an advertisement display device because the advertisement display device at a storefront has been conventionally separated from the advertisement commodity. <P>SOLUTION: In image reproduction by a liquid crystal display device for storefront advertisement, a part of a liquid crystal panel which expresses colors by RGB pixels is used for display, and a part of the liquid crystal panel which has no color by RGB pixels transmits light so that the background can be seen therethrough, and is therefore used for viewing a display commodity. Backlight is brought to an optimal position so that a light source for the backlight can be used both for the liquid crystal display and for illumination to display the display commodity itself located at the back brightly. In addition, fixation of an advertisement commodity on a slide rail makes it possible to simply change the advertisement commodity with another without disassembling a plastic case every time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
