A storage battery charging/discharging control device capable of performing appropriate charging/discharging of a plurality of storage battery series is provided. The master controller of the storage battery charging/discharging control device divides a storage battery assembly, which is an assembly of a plurality of storage batteries, into a predetermined number of storage battery series, and performs charging/discharging control of storage battery series groups wherein the storage battery series are connected to each other in parallel. An overall charging/discharging command applied to an entire storage battery series group is acquired, charging/discharging of each storage battery series is started at an average charging/discharging power value that is the overall charging/discharging power value contained in the acquired overall charging/discharging command divided by the number of series, the charging/discharging state of each storage battery series is acquired after the start of charging/discharging, each of which is compared to a predetermined charging/discharging set value for the storage battery series group as a whole, and on the basis of the comparison results, the charging/discharging power value of each storage battery series is altered.
