PURPOSE: A mold producing a glass bottle which an under cut is formed on the glass bottle mouth is provided to increase productivity by using a blow forming process in order to form a glass bottle having an under cut. CONSTITUTION: A mold producing a glass bottle which an undercut comprises a blank mold(10) formed in upper portion, a neck ring mold which is formed in bottom peripheral part of the blank mold to include a guide ring(22) inside, and a plunger(30) inserted into the bottom part of the blank mold. An undercut forming groove(11) is formed in the bottom peripheral part of the blank mold. The guide ring of the neckring mold is divided into a lower guide ring(210) and an upper guide ring(220) and is fixed to a guide groove(23). A working protrusion(222) is formed in the bottom peripheral part of the upper guide ring, and a gap(25) is formed between the lower guide ring and the working protrusion. The gap is wider than a depth of the undercut molding groove.
