PURPOSE: A rail typed moving camera is provided to monitor and move the camera up and down and right and left without installing an additional camera when the camera monitors the area other than where the camera is installed. CONSTITUTION: A rail unit(10) is combined with a driving unit(20). A first driving unit(20a) moves the driving unit from side to side. A second driving unit(20b) moves the driving unit up and down. Four B rollers(23) of the lower side of the first driving unit the second driving unit up and down by the driving force of a stepping motor B(27), a power transmission unit, four C rollers(24), and four D rollers(26). A camera(30) is combined with the second driving unit. The B roller transfers the rotational motion to the C roller, and the C roller transfers the vertical motion to the D roller through a wire penetration four holes(25).
