PURPOSE: An application program interlocking system between heterogeneous devices and an interlocking method thereof are provided to minimize consumption of communication resource by synchronizing a terminal and to transmit a driving information message to a service providing server. CONSTITUTION: A service providing server provides an application program to a user terminal and executes the application program. The service providing server includes a registration server(210) and a management server(240). The registration server divides user terminals according to a subscriber. The management server receives execution data from the user terminal.
