<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical detection method of a detection substance, an electrochemical detection method of a test substance and a detection set, having principle merits in measurement sensitivity or the like obtained by a conventional electrochemical detection method using a working electrode on which a capture substance is fixed, and capable of reusing the working electrode or detecting the test substance independently of a size of the test substance. <P>SOLUTION: A detection substance containing a marker substance in a liquid sample is induced to a working electrode 121 in which a capture substance for capturing the detection substance containing the marker substance does not exist, and the detection substance containing the marker substance is electrochemically detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
