<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner which suppresses a short circuit of an internal circulation. <P>SOLUTION: The air cleaner 1 for performing an air cleaning operation and internal cleaning operation includes: a body case 6 having a suction port 4 and a discharge port 5; a blower 7 in the body case 6; an air cleaning unit 8; and an active substance generator 15. The air cleaner 1 is provided with: a suction port opening and closing plate 12, a discharge port opening and closing plate 13; and an air path switching plate 14 for switching blowing passage at the air cleaning operation and the internal cleaning operation so as to form a discharge path A for discharging the air cleaned by the air cleaning unit 8 at the air cleaning operation from the discharge port 5 and a circulation path B for returning the air cleaned by the air cleaning unit 8 at the internal cleaning operation to the upstream side of the air cleaning unit 8. An active substance transportation unit 16 is provided in a vicinity of an upper part of the air cleaning unit 8 for sending an active substance generated by the active substance generator 15 at the internal cleaning operation to a lower part side of the air cleaning unit 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
