ELECTRODE FOIL AND ORGANIC DEVICE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode foil which functions as both a support base and a reflective electrode and is excellent in thermal conductivity and heat resistance, and to provide an organic device using the same.

SOLUTION: The electrode foil comprises: a metal foil; an anti-diffusion layer provided directly on the metal foil and preventing the diffusion of a metal derived from the metal foil; and a reflective layer provided directly on the anti-diffusion layer.
