PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition for a rolling bearing, in which abrasion and seizure in a sliding part of a rolling bearing are controlled, and which can prevent torque fluctuation from becoming large; and to provide a bearing device using the grease composition for a rolling bearing, and an information recording reproducing apparatus equipped with the bearing device.

SOLUTION: The grease composition for a rolling bearing at least includes a base oil, a thickener, and an organomolybdenum, wherein the content of the organomolybdenum is 0.56-11.2 mass%.
