<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrodeposition fixed abrasive wire capable of securing high efficiency of scraping chips out of a cut groove of a cut material and of inhibiting the degradation of cutting efficiency accompanying the wear of fixed abrasive grains. <P>SOLUTION: On the outer peripheral face of a wire base material, a first linear electrodeposition part on which first fixed abrasive grains having predetermined grain sizes are linearly electrodeposited, and a second linear electrodeposition part on which second fixed abrasive grains having smaller grain sizes than the first fixed abrasive grains are linearly electrodeposited, are formed in an isolated manner, therefore securing high efficiency of scraping chips out of the cut groove of the cut material and inhibiting the degradation of cutting efficiency accompanying the wear of the fixed abrasive grains. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
