PURPOSE: A sealing ring replacing device for a large tire is provided to conveniently attach or detach a sealing ring for a large tire while replacing or repairing the large tire. CONSTITUTION: A sealing ring replacing device for a large tire(100) comprises a main cylindrical body, a fixed leg(128), a rotary leg(134), a main plate(102), and a fixed unit. The fixed leg is contacted to a side of the inner wall of a main cylindrical body. The rotary leg is contacted to the other side of the inner wall of the main cylindrical body. The fixed leg is fixed in one end part of the main plate and the rotary leg is fixed in the other end part of the main plate to be rotated. The fixed unit pressurizes the fixed leg so that the rotary leg is closely adhered to the inner wall of the main cylindrical body.
