PURPOSE: A conductive bio-nano fusion chain and a method for preparing the same are provided to ensure biocompatibility and to be applied to nanobio technology. CONSTITUTION: A conductive bio-nano chain has a conductive nanoparticle chain in alpha-synuclein amyloid fibrils aligned in a line. The nanoparticles contain nanoparticles of metal, semiconductor, and oxide. The chain aligned in a line is a protein-based hybrid nano chain and has photoconductivity in a visible area. A method for preparing the conductive bio-nano chain comprises: a step of mixing alpha-synuclein and conductive nanoparticles to coat the conductive nanoparticles with alpha-synuclein; a step of mixing the alpha-synuclein with wild type alpha-synuclein as a second coating; and a step of assembling the coated alpha-synuclein. |
