<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spouse (wife) of an insurance contractor with an economic merit of a life insurance contract in the case of divorcing the insurance contractor (husband). <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a life insurance system with a special agreement on divorce, including: a server for receiving a report on a marriage status of an insurance contractor periodically every year; means for issuing a manual for supporting the exercise of a special agreement on divorce to a spouse (wife) of the insurance contractor when it is reported that a marriage relationship is not continued; and a program for transferring a claim of an insurance deposit to the spouse (wife) of the insurance contractor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
