PURPOSE: A vegetable salting apparatus including a salty water producing device is provided to secure the optimum cabbage salting state by producing salty water with the proper concentration. CONSTITUTION: A vegetable salting apparatus including a salty water producing device comprises the following: a salty water tank(1) including a salinity meter(2), and storing produced salty water; a feed pump(10) operated by an operation control panel generating a control signal to discharge the salty water; a feed line(12) supplying the salty water to a salting tank; a returning line(20) discharging the salty water from the salting tank; and a salty water producing container(6) for temporarily storing the salty water discharged from the returning line, including an aeration tank for rapidly dissolving salt to water.
