<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag device that can restrain a rectification cloth that switches a vent hole to an opened or closed state not to be twisted, and that can switch the vent hole from an opened state to a closed state. <P>SOLUTION: The rectification cloth 3 that switches a vent hole 8 to an opened state through the closed state from the opened state is constituted to have a band shaped part 4 and a pair of leg parts 5 separately extending in a V-shape. A guide base cloth 6 has a first guide passageway 7a and a second guide passageway 7b guiding each leg part 5. An opening 6b superimposed on an opening of the vent hole 8 is formed in the first guide passage 7a. At an initial stage at which an airbag body inflates and expands, the vent hole 8 is arranged between the leg parts 5, and when the airbag body is in a predetermined internal pressure state, the vent hole is closed by means of the band-shaped part 4. If an occupant or the like comes into contact with the airbag a tense state of each of the leg parts is released, the rectification cloth is established in a slackened state, and the vent hole 8 is established in an opened state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
