<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the burnout caused by a plasma flame in the tip part of a welding torch nozzle while suppressing the rise of manufacturing cost and the increase of the scale of the welding torch nozzle. <P>SOLUTION: The outer peripheral side of a nozzle tip 31 is surrounded with the cover part 44 of a tip holder 41 while interposing a clearance 45, also a plurality of the circulation holes 36 are formed on the peripheral wall part of the nozzle tip 31 and the inside of the nozzle tip 31 is communicated with the inside of the clearance 45 through the circulation holes 36. A part of shielding gas which is discharged from an emitting hole 34 after circulating the inside of the nozzle tip 31 flows into the inside of the clearance 45 through the circulation holes 36 and discharged from the discharging hole 46 after circulating the inside of the clearance 45. Thus, the nozzle tip 31 is cooled and the oxidation of the nozzle tip 31 is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
