<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control transmission device with a flashlight, capable of preventing a fault from occurring in a remote control function. <P>SOLUTION: A remote control transmission device 10 with a flashlight includes: a transmission circuit part 11; a control part 12; input means 14 having a switch group 15; and a visible light source operation part 20. The device radiates visible light from the visible light source operation part 20 by inputting the indication of a prescribed switch 19 from the switch group 15 of the input means 14.
