<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a terminal cover in which a terminal cover is easily mounted in a rotary compressor or the like, and a tightening with a nut is abolished. <P>SOLUTION: A metal bar for mounting is provided at the tip end thereof with a groove. The terminal cover is provided on the inner wall thereof with a cylindrical protrusion into which the metal bar for mounting can be inserted. Moreover, the cylindrical protrusion is provided inside thereof with a protrusion for engaging with the tip end groove of the metal bar for mounting, and locking the outer peripheral edge of the tip end groove. Thus, a tightening with a fixing nut is abolished, and also the intrusion of water or the like from a fixing hole extending from the inner part of the terminal cover to the upper external surface thereof is eliminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
