PURPOSE: A lithium secondary battery with high capacity is provided to release stress to an electrode, thereby restraining the exfoliation or loosing of an electrode, and preventing the deterioration due to charging/discharging cycle. CONSTITUTION: A lithium secondary battery comprises: a roll in which a positive electrode and a negative electrode absorbing and discharging lithium ions reversibly are winded through a separator; and organic liquid electrolyte in which an electrolyte comprising the lithium ions dissolved in. The negative electrode is formed by spreading a combining layer comprising active material and a binder on a current collector. A stress relax layer(2,3) which has internal stress on at least one side of the both sides of a copper foil(1) is installed in the current collector. |
