<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery slip which reduces waste of resources such as paper without impairing the function as a slip, in consideration of environment and costs, and to provide a producing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A release agent application part is formed in which a release agent is applied to three sides of the front surface of a release paper 16. An adhesive application part is formed in which an adhesive is applied to parallel two sides of a rear surface of a paste tag 13 which overlap the three sides of the release paper 16 when overlapped with the release paper 16. An adhesive application part is formed in which an adhesive is applied to one side of the rear surface of a delivery tag 15 which overlaps the three sides of the release paper 16 when overlapped with the release paper 16, and does not overlap the adhesive application part of the rear surface of the paste tag 13. A width of the release agent application part is not smaller than widths of the adhesive application part of the delivery tag 15 and the adhesive application part of the paste tag 13. The paste tag 13, the delivery tag 15 and the release paper 16 are overlapped. The front surface of the release paper 16 is pasted to be releasable by an adhesive on two sides to the rear surface of the paste tag 13 and on one side to the rear surface of the delivery tag 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
