COGENERATION SYSTEM WITH VARIABLE POWER OUTPUT AND ITS CONTROL SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A cogeneration system with variable power output and a control method thereof are provide to enhance fuel efficiency and operability since a diesel engine employing an electronically controlled high-pressure fuel injection device is applied. CONSTITUTION: A cogeneration system with variable power output comprises a first electricity generating unit, an exhaust heat exchanger(4), an exhaust combustion unit(3), a cooling-water heat exchanger(5), and a second electricity generating unit. The first electricity generating unit comprises an engine(1), and a generator(2) generating power with torque output from the engine. The exhaust heat exchanger recovers heat from the exhaust from the engine. The exhaust combustion unit enhances the combustion efficiency by burning the exhaust and removes harmful elements from the exhaust.
