<p>Coke cracking process. A high temp. product suitable for chemical processes is obtained by quenching the charge with air and hydrocarbon material, and additionly, coking duff, tar, pitch and/or heavy oil, and steam may be introduced. The hydrocarbon material may be introduced as a gas, and may be added to the coking coal. A catalyst may be added to assist the action. When light benzine is added, the product is used for olefine production.</p> |
