PURPOSE: A mold for forming three-dimensional patterns and a manufacturing method of an exterior material for home appliances using the same are provided to reinforce the rigidity of a molding unit by forming an outer frame unit using a glass or aluminum honeycomb panel. CONSTITUTION: A mold for forming three-dimensional patterns comprises a molding unit(110) and a frame unit(120). Three-dimensional patterns(115) for forming the surface of a molded article are formed on the forming surface of the molding unit. The frame unit is attached on the outer surface of the molding unit and reinforces the rigidity of the molding unit.
