PURPOSE: A method for distinguishing subspecies of Zanthoxylum schinifolium is provided to accurately and genetically distinguish the species and system of Zanthoxylum schinifolium. CONSTITUTION: A method for distinguishing subspecies of Zanthoxylum schinifolium comprises: a step of performing PCR to prepare an entire or partial nucleic acid sequence of ribosomal DNA internal transcribed spacers(rDNA ITS); a step of comparing the obtained entire or partial nucleic acid sequence with the entire or partial nucleic acid sequence of collected Zanthoxylum schinifolium rDNA ITS; and a step of confirming a corresponding base sequence pattern on the base. |
