The invention relates to a screw-type orthodontic implant. According to the invention, the implant has some orifices () cut in a zone () of a head () having hexagonal or squared cross-section shape, said orifices () being confined by some walls of rectangular or squared cross-section shapes which ensure, by means of some wires used during treatment as springs, the transmission of stretching, compression or bending strain to the tooth and thus generating version, translation, rotation, intrusion or extrusion stress, the orifices () being continued in the longitudinal plane with some recesses () ensuring the elasticity of the head (), over which there is applied a closing and clamping bracket () anchored into a circumferential recess () which provides immobilization of orthodontic springs.
