PURPOSE: An underground pipe collapse protecting spacer for an apartment house is provided to prevent collapse of an underground pipe spacer by forming a flange long to a longitudinal direction of an underground pipe. CONSTITUTION: A flange(32) is formed on the left and right bottom sides of an underground pipe cover(30). A front panel(41) and a back panel(42) are welded according to the outer surface of the underground pipe cover. A horizontal extension part is formed on the left and right bottom sides of the front panel and the back panel. A waveform reinforcement plate is welded between the underground pipe cover and an upper plate(40). A left side laminate combination part(60) and a right side combination part(70) have height difference as thickness. The left side laminate combination part and the right side combination part are combined by a computer bolt(80) and screw nuts(82,84).
