The method involves partly withdrawing a protection sheet of a printing substrate (6). A plate is positioned on a printable sheet (7) such that printed identification information (11) corresponding to a unitary housing is positioned out of screw. The printable sheet and the plate are simultaneously cut and separated distinctly without altering integrity of the housing to obtain unitary doses. The printed identification information of the unitary doses is presented in on one of their faces. An independent claim is also included for a printing substrate comprising a printable sheet.
