<p>The invention relates to a composition of balsamic vinegar. According to the invention, the composition contains apples and honey with an addition of sea-buckthorn juice, blackcurrant juice, juice of Aromina melanocarpa fruits or Vitis extract and aromatic plants (basil, summer savory, coriander and rosemary), mustard seeds and black pepper and it is prepared by mixing and homogenizing the vinegar with the fruit juices followed by the maceration with aromatic plants and mustard seeds and black pepper at a temperature lower than 40°C.</p> |
