PRINT IMAGE DATA GENERATION DEVICE, PRINTER, PRINT CONTROL METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase transfer efficiency of image data.

SOLUTION: A printer transfers print image data from a data generation unit generating the print image data from data input by a host to a controller inside the body to perform printing of the print image data in the body. The printer includes determination means for determining colorless parts included in each line of the print image data and transfer means for transferring the each line to the controller while excluding the colorless parts determined in the each line from the transfer objects.
