<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus which can properly determine the labeling position. <P>SOLUTION: A preparatory imaging means preparatorily takes an image showing the internal state of an imaging target, for example, the tomographic image P1 of the head and a detection means detects a predetermined region in the preparatorily taken image P1, for example, a brain by template matching or the like while a determination means geometrically determines the labeling position LP on the basis of the geometrical data such as the position or size of the detected region, for example, the position or expansion-contraction ratio of the matched template T'. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
