<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device 1 that can be arranged in a narrow space. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging device 1 has: an imaging element chip 10 having an imaging element 11 on a first main surface 14, and an external connection terminal 13 connected with the imaging element 11 on a second main surface 15; a wiring board 30 having a wiring layer 32 connected with the external connection terminal 13, and that is arranged within a projection plane 10S of the imaging element chip 10 by being folded at a folding part 30Y; and a bonding layer 20 arranged within the projection plane 10S of the imaging element chip 10, and that bonds the imaging element chip 10 and the wiring board 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
