PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device with an embedded touch screen and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to use LTPS(LowTemperature Poly Silicon) as a material of a lower substrate, thereby increasing driving performance. CONSTITUTION: A second protective layer(210) is formed on the tops of a common electrode and a conductive line. A partial area of the second protective layer is etched. A second contact hole exposes a conductive line of an area corresponding to a data electrode. A pixel electrode(220) is formed on the second protective layer and in the second contact hole. The pixel electrode is electrically connected with the conductive line. |
