<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a device for circuit protection, which are in an apparatus housing. <P>SOLUTION: An arc transfer device used in a switchgear includes at least one first electric connector that is constituted to connect the arc transfer device to a voltage supply source in the switchgear, and a rack cassette (400).
