摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate sheet having high heat dissipation. <P>SOLUTION: In the laminate sheet, a nonwoven fabric layer 1 includes thermosetting resin composition. The thermosetting resin composition has inorganic filler more than 150 pts. vol. and less than 400 pts. vol. when the thermosetting resin is 100 pts. vol. The inorganic filler comprises: (A) a gibbsite type aluminum hydroxide particle having 2 to 15 &mu;m average particle diameter (D<SB POS="POST">50</SB>); (B) at least one kind of inorganic components selected from a group consisting of a boehmite particle having 1.5 to 15 &mu;m average particle diameter (D<SB POS="POST">50</SB>) and an inorganic particle that has 1.5 to 15 &mu;m average particle diameter (D<SB POS="POST">50</SB>) and contains water of crystallization or does not contain water of crystallization of which isolation start temperature is more than 400&deg;C; and (C) a microparticle component consisting of oxidation aluminum particles having 1.5 &mu;m or less average particle diameter (D<SB POS="POST">50</SB>). A compounding ratio (volume ratio) of the gibbsite type aluminum hydroxide particle (A): the inorganic component (B): the microparticle component (C) is 1:0.1 to 3:0.1 to 3.
