Provided are DNA tags for constructing a DNA tag library, DNA tag linkers, PCR tag primers, DNA tag libraries and a method for preparing the same, method for determining the sequence information of a DNA sample, a method for determining the sequence information of a plurality of DNA samples, and a kit for constructing the DNA tag libraries. A set of separated DNA tags disclosed by the present invention consist of the nucleotides shown in SEQ ID NO: (3N-2), in which N is any integer from 1 to 59.
