<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output shaft mechanism of a reduction gear mechanism capable of preventing cracks of a gear member even if a clutch is configured for intermittently transmitting power between an output shaft and the gear member by using a friction force between the output shaft and the gear member. <P>SOLUTION: The output shaft mechanism 32 of the reduction gear mechanism 3 having a reduction gear train 12 includes the output shaft 11, the gear member 30 with the output shaft 11 inserted into the inner periphery thereof and with a shaft insertion part 30a elastically deformable in the radial direction and the final stage gear 24 of the reduction gear train 12 formed, and an energizing member 31 energizing the shaft insertion part 30a inwardly in the radial direction so that an inner periphery of the shaft insertion part 30a may come into contact with an outer circumference of the output shaft 11 by prescribed contact pressure. In the output shaft mechanism 32, the clutch is configured for intermittently transmitting the power between the output shaft 11 and the gear member 30 by using the friction force between the inner periphery of the shaft insertion part 30a and the outer circumference of the output shaft 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
