<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that the center part in the width direction of a winding core is formed into a recessed drum shape as winding of a belt-like body progresses, in a method and a device for winding the belt-like body using the winding core divided into a first winding core part and a second winding core part by a division groove. <P>SOLUTION: The method and the device for winding the belt-like body, which winds a belt-like body 3 by winding it on a winding core 8 divided by the division groove forming a wound body 4, includes a needle-like body 9 unequal in sectional diameter and axially inserted into a groove formed in at least one winding core part, and a rotary driving device 10 for the needle-like body 9. During the winding of the belt-like body 3, bending of the winding core 8 caused by a fastening force from the belt-like body 3 is prevented by rotating the needle-like body 9 and projecting its large diameter into the groove to substantially thicken the needle-like body 9. When the wound body 4 is pulled out from the winding core 8, the wound body 4 is removed from the winding core 8 with light force by returning the needle-like body 9 to its original position to be substantially thinned and permitting the bend of the winding core 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
